UK - HR Coordinator (FTC)

The Opportunity
The B4z People Team are looking for a HR Co-ordinator to join their team and support In the delivery of exceptional people experiences. The HR Co-Ordinator is an interim role (until end of 2025), based in London, that sits within the People Team and works across the entire breadth of our employee life-cycle; working alongside our HR Ops Manager, Talent Acquisition Partner and CPO.
The Role
Administrative – high level admin that supports growth of our Business
- Serve as the first point of contact for people-related administrative requests(ensuring compliance with all GDPR requirements)
- Provide timely and responsive administrative support for all staff needs i.e. benefits, wellbeing etc.
- Drive diary management and logistics of regular people cadence (i.e. people related meetings, calibration and performance meetings etc.)
- Help the People Team utilise workday to its full potential (data management, reporting, Insights)
Compensation and benefits
- Assist with collating and inputting Payroll information each month.
- Collate and maintain accurate records of leaver and joiner information.
HR Ops, Policies and Compliance:
- Create and run reports from HR systems, providing actionable insights for the team.
- Be a set of eyes and ears across the business, support team with data driven insight
Performance Engine:
- Takes minutes during team meetings and calibration sessions to ensure accurate records of discussions and decisions.
- Coordinates & schedules development activity
- Schedules, tracks and reports for performance cycle rhythm
Culture and Engagement
- Executes thoughtful & consistent celebration of moments that matter (Birthday cards, special occasions, gifts).
B4Z as a Talent Magnet + Onboarding/ Offboarding
- Support Talent Acquisition Partner by coordinating recruitment activity including scheduling interviews, booking meeting rooms, writing up candidate notes that ensures a slick process both for B4z as well as candidates
- Execute world-class onboarding and offboarding processes understanding the human experience & business needs.
- Own and runs pre-employment checks process
Learning/Development and Coaching:
- Support delivery of Learning and Development (L&D) roadmap responsibilities (i.e. key scheduling activity etc.)
- Support the planning, organization, delivery and evaluation of Supercharger.
- Provide support to B4Z interns, ensuring a positive and productive learning experience.
About You
- A self-starter who shows initiative, identifies opportunities, and gets things done
- Prior experience in an administrative support role, preferably in an HR environment would be a bonus but not essential
- Intrinsically a ‘people’ person who can build relationships quickly
- Empathy toward the human experience of an HR process
- Great interpersonal skills – including utmost discretion and professionalism, undisputed integrity around personal and sensitive information
- Able to prioritize and work efficiently
- Creative and able to think on your feet
- Enjoys having a varied role and being able to multi-task
- Aspiring to get insight into the foundations and HR-ops side to a business
- Outstanding organizational skills / eye for detail
- Confident, clear and succinct communicator both verbal and written
- Action-orientated and a natural problem-solver
- Calm under pressure
- Microsoft Office 365 skills
- WorkDay knowledge useful but not essential
- Someone who can bring the joy and enjoys a collaborative approach and eagerness to support team members
